What we hold about you, and why.

This page describes the personal data Harjeet Press Limited collects through Bee Star Labels, what we do with it, who processes it on our behalf, and how to have it corrected or erased.

1. Who we are

Bee Star Labels is a service of Harjeet Press Limited, Greenland Industrial Complex, Dehradun Road, Saharanpur - 247001, U.P., India.
We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here. Write to connect@beestarlabels.com with any question, correction or complaint about it.

2. What we collect, and when

Account: your name and email address, and where you sign in with Google, the profile name Google returns. Collected when you create an account.
Company profile: business name, contact person, phone number, address, GSTIN and PAN. Collected when you complete your profile or place an order.
Order data: the appliance selected, every product value you enter for the label, quantity, print specification, instructions and any artwork file you upload.
Inquiries: the name, email, phone number and message you send through the contact form.
Lead capture: if you enter a phone number at the first step of the label builder we keep that number and the appliance you were configuring, so our team can follow up if you do not finish.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.

3. Why we use it

To produce, proof, invoice and dispatch the print order you place.
To quote bulk orders and answer inquiries you send us.
To keep your order history available to you in your dashboard.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who processes it for us

Google Firebase (Google LLC) hosts the site and stores accounts, orders, inquiries and uploaded files. Authentication, database and file storage all run on Google infrastructure.
We do not send your GSTIN to an external verification API. If provided, it is stored only for order, billing and invoice records.
Google Analytics for Firebase records usage statistics, and only after you accept the analytics notice on the site. Decline it and no analytics identifier is created.
We do not share your artwork or product data with any other party.

5. Where it is stored and for how long

Your data is stored in Google Cloud data centres under Google security controls.
Order records, artwork and invoices are retained while your account is open, and afterwards only for the period Indian tax and company law requires us to keep commercial records.
Inquiries and leads are retained while they are being worked, and archived afterwards.

6. Your rights

You can see your own profile, orders and inquiries at any time in your dashboard.
You can ask us to correct or erase your personal data by writing to connect@beestarlabels.com from the email address on the account.
We will act on a verified request within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain a commercial record.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site data in your browser; nothing else on the site depends on it.

7. Security

Access to your orders, files and profile is restricted to your own signed-in account and our staff, enforced by server-side rules rather than by the interface alone.
Files travel over HTTPS and are stored in access-controlled cloud storage.
No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

8. Cookies and local storage

A sign-in session keeps you logged in. It is required for the dashboard to work.
Local storage holds your analytics choice, any draft you have not submitted, and the ids of leads created from this browser.
Analytics identifiers are only set after you accept the notice.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page.
